Here at Emergency Plumbing Service, we like give back to the community we hold so dear. Our dedication to several community events and organizations has allowed us to form long-lasting relationships that grow and help our community become stronger.
We enjoy being able to interact with members of our community. By building floats for The Delaware 4th of July parade, sponsoring baseball teams, donating baskets to numerous local organizations for their fundraisers, and showcasing our trucks for the little ones at Touch-a-Truck events are just a few of the ways we stay connected in our community.
By Sponsoring and participating in non-profit events like Alpha Group’s Duck Race Fundraiser, SourcePoint’s Rock the Boat Fundraiser and the Delaware Speech & Hearing Big Wheel Race Fundraiser we have been able to demonstrate the core values of our family business.
We enjoy going into several local Elementary Schools and participating in their Enrichment Day Programs where we introduce them to the world of plumbing. We get to engage students and help them develop new skills, give them a chance to explore plumbing in a fun interactive way and open them up to more options when it comes to careers and hobbies as they become older.
Being members of the Delaware and Powell Chambers of Commerce has allowed us to integrate and build our family-owned business. By participating in events like decorating a table for the Annual Chamber dinner and sponsoring a hole at the golf outings we have been able to meet and collaborate with other local businesses.
Supporting our local small businesses is at the top of our list of priorities. That is why we have dedicated our Fridays as the day to spotlight a local small business on all our social media pages. We have a vested interest in sharing and continuing to uphold the values and expectations of our community and to ensure that our community thrives by maintaining a friendly, courteous and family-friendly attitude in all our community involvement.
